When Kara is taken from the sarcophagus, Infinimora takes notice and disposes of the Yintos soldiers in the room. It makes its way to the Defenders and casts its Di-Gata stones, causing a viper to wrap itself around Erik and explode. He is knocked to the ground triggering a trap, and Erik, Mel and Flinch fall through the ground. With Seth distracted, it casts another spell that wraps around him and holds him at the ceiling. It puts Kara into a trance, allowing King Magnan to separate from Infinimora to use her as a host body.

However, Seth breaks free and causes a rock barrier to fall between them and the monster guardian.
